Warnings
Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. If you accidentally swallow more than used for rinsing, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Do not use this product for more than seven days unless directed by a dentist or physician. If sore mouth symptoms do not improve in seven days; if irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens; or if swelling, rash or fever develops, see your dentist or physician promptly. DO NOT SWALLOW.

Found this during chemotherapy - it worked for me then and I still use it whenever I get any kind of irritation in my mouth. It is a really good product.

Whenever my gums are irritated, or swollen, from my wisdom teeth, etc., I turn to this product. At such times, I use it 2 to 3 times a day, for 2 days, and my gums go right back down to normal. Great product. I always keep a bottle in the house.

I only have good things to say about it. I was sent to see a periodontist to possibly have surgery on my gums, however, after my exam he let me go home but had me stop at the drugstore for the peroxyl. That night, I placed a capful into my waterpik with the proper amount of water and turned it on..What a difference! I could feel the peroxyl immediately.Not only have my gums cleared up, but my entire mouth feels better.

After I had surgery involving endoscopes to my stomach, and preop endoscopes, I developed irritation on my tongue. Also from the antibiotics, I developed an inbalance of the flora in my mouth resulting in about 1/8" white coating on my tongue. My dentist gave me a sample of this product to see if it would help. It not only helped but got rid of the problem. I now use the product periodically on a regular basis to prevent recurrence. I use it in conjunction with tongue scrapers sold at this site.

This product is great if you get a canker sore or sore spot in the mouth. I keep on hand since I wear braces and get the occasional canker sore. It heals everything very quickly. It is not for long term use because it contains Hydrogen Peroxide.

This is perfect for people with braces and who get irritation from the wires etc...If you use it when the irritation develops a couple of times a day...IT WILL WORK! My orthodontist recommended it and he was right!

i have always been an advocate of hydrogen peroxide for helping to heal mouth irritation. But this mouth wash is nicer because of the mint flavor and the balance of hyd. peroxide with the mouthwash.
i just wish it was offered in a larger size, as i use it daily.

I use the product often when I just want a cleaner feeling and to eliminate germs that cause bad breath. I also accidentally bite the side of my cheek fairly often and this product is made specifically for sores in the mouth or bleeding gums, etc., because it has peroxide to kill germs without the antiseptic taste. The cap can leak a bit if turned upside down or stored in a travel bag... transfer it to different bottle with a tighter fitting top.
Peroxyl is ready-to-use. Rinse with half a capful (two teaspoons) for approximately one minute. Use up to 4 times daily (after meals and at bedtime) or as directed by a dentist or physician. Use by children between the age of 6 and 12 should be supervised.
To open Child safety cap squeeze smooth sides while turning. Reclose tightly.
