I've been using this toothpaste for about two years now, and there's no way I will go without it! It's the only toothpaste I've tried that does it all--prevents sensitivity, cleans my teeth, strengthens enamel, and actually tastes good. I tried Sensodyne, but it tastes awful. I've also tried other toothpastes that tasted ok, but after three days my teeth felt like they were throbbing. I love it. I drink coffee every day, but you'd never know looking at my teeth. If you have sensitive spots and want a good toothpase, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a shot.

I used to have very sensitive teeth. My dental hygienist recommended this toothpaste. I have been using it for two months now, and it is really effective. I have not "tested" it by trying to drink hot and cold beverages in quick succession, but I have been free of those nasty sensitivity attacks that can come out of nowhere when enjoying something sweet or cold. I like that it has no whitener in it, which I was told hurts the enamel and makes it even more prone to sensitivity. I like the flavor of the toothpaste, and I feel that it is the perfect product for my three times daily dental hygiene routine. Don't forget to floss.

This is the best flavor of toothpaste I've ever tried. In fact, it tastes so good, and refreshes so well, that it is helping me diet. Really! When I want a sweet or to snack, I brush my teeth with this spearmint flavored toothpaste and my mouth feels so good from it, and so refreshed, the craving goes away. So, thank you Colgate!!! I

I don't care for the taste. It's not that minty. I've been using it for several weeks now since my dentist recommended it because I have sensitive teeth, but they do not feel any less sensitive yet.
