I picked this up on sale, having never used it before. Within 2 days of first using it, I developed a sore spot in my mouth, much like a canker sore, then more and more. It became so bad at one point that I could barely eat. I have never had any problems at all with my teeth or gums, but every time I used this I was experiencing bleeding gums. It took a minute to dawn on me that maybe I was having an adverse reaction to this toothpaste, I never would have imagined... but when I discontinued using it, all of the problems with ulcers and bleeding in my mouth resolved. I know that I may be the exception to the rule, but for those of you with sensitive mouths... I would recommend avoiding this toothpaste. By far it's my favorite with taste and texture (I prefer the gel over paste). It leaves your teeth and mouth feeling squeaky clean, and it subtly whitens over time.
