I picked this up on sale, having never used it before. Within 2 days of first using it, I developed a sore spot in my mouth, much like a canker sore, then more and more. It became so bad at one point that I could barely eat. I have never had any problems at all with my teeth or gums, but every time I used this I was experiencing bleeding gums. It took a minute to dawn on me that maybe I was having an adverse reaction to this toothpaste, I never would have imagined... but when I discontinued using it, all of the problems with ulcers and bleeding in my mouth resolved. I know that I may be the exception to the rule, but for those of you with sensitive mouths... I would recommend avoiding this toothpaste.
