I didn't notice much of a change in the color of my teeth, but I've used it for only seven days. Perhaps with continued use, some whitening will occur. I prefer a gel toothpaste, so this seemed a little chalky to me. I will continue to use it to see if my teeth become whiter. If that happens then the poor taste and texture will be worth it. No toothpaste removes all stains. This one does as good a job as any other whitening toothpaste, and it had a nice fresh smell. I used Crest ProHealth for a while and I'm pretty sure it yellowed my teeth.. So I got this and I've only used it a few times but there is definitely a difference! I love this stuff so much! It leaves teeth feeling smooth, and it really boosts confidence, as much as a toothpaste can anyway. It cleans very good including stains. It has a nice minty taste to it. It is a little gritty, but this is what cleans your teeth, so please don't change it! It is not too gritty, nor "fake" tasting as flavored toothpastes are. It will leave your mouth feeling clean, and over time it will keep your teeth white. I love the taste, the polished feeling after brushing, and the whiteness. Score of 10! This is a great product and a great value. If you want to keep your teeth white, this is the product to use.
