I didn't notice much of a change in the color of my teeth, but I've used it for only seven days. Perhaps with continued use, some whitening will occur. I prefer a gel toothpaste, so this seemed a little chalky to me. I will continue to use it to see if my teeth become whiter. If that happens then the poor taste and texture will be worth it. This toothpaste fits all my criteria and more! It whitens within a few days. It isn't as expensive as other whitening toothpastes yet in my experience this works better than those more expensive products. No toothpaste removes all stains. This one does as good a job as any other whitening toothpaste, and it had a nice fresh smell. Pros

I used Crest ProHealth for a while and I'm pretty sure it yellowed my teeth.. So I got this and I've only used it a few times but there is definitely a difference! I love this stuff so much! It cleans very good including stains. It has a nice minty taste to it. It is a little gritty, but this is what cleans your teeth, so please don't change it!
