I typically just use the product in the mornings. If I'm taking allergy medicine, I need my blink and clean several times per day. My husband loves the product even more than I do. He relies on the quick moisture and light cleaning 3 or 4 times per day. It seems like a good value for the money, but like other reviewers said, a lot is wasted. It does clean contacts, but it would really work better if you remove the contact, rinse it, & then put it back in your eye. Like a travel saline. But who wants to go to all that trouble. If you use it like an eye drop it gets all over your face & is just a mess. Plus it is not very moisturizing if you have a problem with dry eyes. I recommend Thera Tears instead. It's more expensive, but it is a LOT better. Nice controlled drops & very moisturizing. I used to use Refresh for Contacts & that was better than this, but had too many chemicals I didn't care for (like Boric Acid). Overall I wouldn't waste your money on this. I seem to be showing signs of allergies to different cleaning solutions and have dry eyes after about 4-6 hours of wear. My Doctor rec. blink n clean and I have just used it for two days. It does cause my eyes to be blurry for a few minutes but once it clears up Its great! I am finding if you blink a few times in a row after dropping them in, it clears them up. But they are soothing thats for sure!
