I have tried hundreds of body and facial moisturizers in my life and have found that Complex 15 is near perfection for daily use. A little goes a long way and it absorbs quickly and completely (I can't stand that damp-all-day, clothes-are-stuck-to-me feeling from so many others). It even works on very dry elbows and feet, and is gentle enough to use on your face, even with sensitive skin like mine. It really is fragrance-free -- no scent whatsoever. Best of all, it's a great buy. A bottle lasts me 3-4 weeks and I use it head-to-toe every day. I can't recommend it enough!

My family has used this product since it was recommended by our doctor at least 25 years ago.It is a wonderful moisturizer for the face and hands. However it has another, wonderful use...It is absolutely wonderful for moisturizing your finger nails. When my nails are looking a little ragged, I start using Complex 15 again, faithfully for about 2 weeks,and the results are amazing.

I absolutely love this lotion. I've tried the other top 2 rated lotions by drugstore and this one truly is the best, and that's besides all other kinds of lotions (cheap, expensive, organic, etc). I also gave a bottle to my brother, who works outside a lot so his skin used to be dry all the time, but not anymore.

My dermatologist says I have "the epitome of sensitive skin." I've been using this moisturizer for 21 years! (Since I was 10!) My dermatologist at the time recommended it because my skin was/is super sensitive and very acne-prone and I've been using it ever since! It's the most gentle moisturizer available! It goes on light and smooth and is also great for wearing under foundation and make-up.

I bought this after reading drugstore reviews, along with the other top 2 moisturizers, but this one the best. On my 2nd bottle and my skin is loving it.
