I put nothing on my skin before the treatments, but afterwards I use the Complex 15 Moisturizing Lotion. The therapists wanted to know what the doctor said so they could recommend that to other patients. He approved it, and my skin looks great! At one point, my skin was very red. After using this lotion, the redness and itchiness are gone. It gets all my raves. An example: I applied it (liberally but have since found out that a little goes a long way) at night, and the next day I got a cold so I didn't shower all day. I can say that after 25 years of using it, and not being able to find it in stores anymore, I was thrilled to see that I can get it right here.
