I am sorry that I waited to open the package after 30 days and now I cannot return it. It was a complete waste of money and would be laughable if I had not already paid for it. I bought it for work, but it is completely unacceptable. It is still in the package. I guess I will have to donate it somewhere if they will even take it. As I mentioned, I wish I had paid more attention to the comments before I bought it. Do not waste your time, energy, and money on this item.

I am not that happy. In the description it did not say I needed to add water to "active" the product. If you do not add water, it looks like a big maxi pad that does NOT lay flat. Even though it was on sale, It was still a waste of [$]. The "cool feeling" that people say you can use over your neck, is ridiculous. It's a heavy product that lays on your shoulders with water in it. I'm using the product for work, Monday thru Friday. 9 to 5. I'm not happy. I don't recommend it.

I use my home computer at the kitchen table daily. This Chillow Compu Sooth pad amazingly is perfect for relieving the stress on my wrists & arms. Before, my wrist/arm would tend to hit the edge of the table plus I noticed I was getting some stressed out areas in my limbs from not being comfortable while typing/surfing for long periods. Now I can feel instant relief when resting my arms or wrists on the little pad. There are instructions for filling up with water, but I put mine to immediate use as is. Maybe in the summer I might try filling it for coolness. I normally avoid products the best I can that contain soft plastic such as the soft plastic cover on this pad, as our present technology for softening plastics have some degree of toxicity The cover will be easy to wipe clean. The foam inside seems to be of high quality, which would make it more pricey. When I ordered it, the price did seem a bit expensive, but it's not.
