I was happy to get this item at USD[$] from drugstore and thinking i got a good buy! However happiness lasted till I received the item. It came in a cheap looking plastic packaging similar to what you will get if you bought a toothbrush. Took it out from packaging, plug in for first use and in less than a minutes, there's a burnt smell coming from the curler. I quickly switched off the main switch to examine the curler and to my shock, curler seems to be heating up at the wrong place - at the handle. I dare not used anymore and trash it. It's a very bad experience and perhaps i'm unlucky to get a faulty one.
