I use this brush for blow styling and it makes my hair much softer and shinier. I wish it were a little larger around but I will settle for the way it is. My hair is very thick and I have a larger round brush that I use sometimes to save time when blow drying, however that larger brush does not take care of my hair as this brush with the boar bristles.

I have relaxed hair and I am overdue for my next relaxer. This brush worked wonders; it helped me blow up my hair perfectly. I was able to get it so straight I did not even need to flat iron! It also held on the oils and made my hair super shiny, while being gentle. I was worried about my hair tangling but I had no issues. This is a great brush and a great price!

My new hairdresser told me a boar's hair brush is the only brush that should be used on hair and, honestly, I didn't want to spend the money on a "special" hairbrush. However, after reading the reviews I bought this brush & have been beyond thrilled at the results! My hair is shiny & smooth & soft...something I strived for by using styling products alone. Great brush!

This brush makes my hair as smooth as it's ever been, however it's sort of big and heavier than any brush I've used before. The bristles are long and it's hard to dry a lot of hair at once. I'll take the good with the bad, however - it's worth it. Great product.

The brush is fine, but I have thin/fine hair and it does not grip the hair well - especially when it is wet/damp. On a positive note - because the grip is minimal, it doesn't break my hair!

I've not really bought any boar bristle brushes in the past. I decided to try one out because my hair is very thick and somewhat curly. This brush works really well, it smooths hair out and makes it shiny and even straightens it out a little.
