The brush part works fine, needs improvement on the handle part. The plastic is not durable. I had this brush for 1 week and it dropped off the counter and the handle broke. I could not use the brush after that. A waste of money.

Great versatile brush in all respects, but major weakness is in the handle. When I dropped it on the floor, the handle broke off at the neck. Glued it together, then took it on a trip. Again, handle broke off in the luggage.

The handle does not give a good grip so it rolls over and over in my hand - can't use it.

This is the best brush ever! I use it everyday, and it gives me great hair! I love that it has a combination of bristles to detangle and then brush the hair more finely. Not sure about the shine, but it does straighten out and smooth my hair. And the brush looks good even! Durable too, I've had the same one for months, and now buying another one as backup. Very highly recommended!

Brushes either won't go through my thick hair, or they catch on it. This one addresses both of those problems. It's my favorite brush ever! I have several and even use one to brush my westies. It's the best dog brush I've found too. LOL

This brush is one of the very few that has both boar-type bristles plus plastic ones with the little comfort balls at the ends. So it can reach all the way through to your scalp to get all the hair detangled, and doesn't scratch your scalp when you brush. I find it takes a lot fewer strokes with this brush to get my hair detangled than with other brushes. My only issue with it is the same that others have reported - the handle breaks off. I've had 3 of them now, and the handles eventually break. For this price though, I guess it's worth it.

My hair isn't thick or thin, and it is straight and shoulder length. This brush works great on my hair, it doesn't cause split ends or breakage, which I have a problem with. Definitely recommended.

I have healthy, fine hair. I found that this brush made my hair "staticky" and fly away.

This brush has a nice weight to it, it is substantial not flimsy. It went though my hair and detangled fantastically. Really gentle on my hair, much better than most of the brushes I have used in the past and great value for money.
