I have a window treatments (drapes, shades, etc.) business and had purchased this steamer to use with my installations. Never was completely satisfied with it because of the lack of steam that it produced, but it was better than nothing. Yesterday, with only having it for a year and using it no more than a dozen times, I discovered that it had completely stopped working. I absolutely hate wasting money ... but in the trash it went!!!

Drugstore has the best, fastest shipping service of any site I have found on the Net; that alone is reason enough to shop at this store.

The steam unit I bought works great for the purpose which is removing wrinkles from clothing.

This is the third item I've ordered from your site and each of them have been a good experience.

This heats up and steam comes out, but I have yet to find a fabric that it actually works on. I've tried it on dress clothes, casual clothes, curtains, etc. with NO success.

I had this for a couple years, but only used it a few times before it stopped working altogether. And it wasn't very effective when it was working. I guess this handheld home steamer was too good to be true. Total waste of money- don't buy it!

This was a complete watse of my money and I will hopefully be able to return it. The advert online says it is "dual voltage". IT IS NOT!!! Since I work/live in the Middle East, it was a pointless purchase. I bought it because I will be going to Italy to visit family and thought this would be great to travel with. Also, if it worked, to bring to the US when I visit. But it is going back if they will take it...personally, I would like to throw it at the drugstore[@] people.

Mine doesn't burn my hands and I have had it for years. It works as well as its price. You just have to make sure the water reservoir is full, let it warm up for a while and if you put it inside the garment with the steam stream facing you, the results are better. You also have to actually touch the steam to the fabric. It is not a big item, so it is not going to produce lots of steam, but like I said, for the money it works fine, you just have to know how to work it.

I've had two, and neither has worked longer than a week. Do not buy this product.

The steamer engine on the bottom gets very hot and the small amount of steam that should get out is somehow blocked. They changed the way steamers were made to protect people from burns, but if this is the result, Conair needs to go back to the drawing board. Cheaply made, poorly designed, and terrible customer service if you contact them. I wish there was a way to not give it any stars. Don't waste your money, invest in a good product.

This is a piece of junk, and what's worse is that Conair doesn't even repair them... which means my broken steamer will end up in a landfill because try as I might, I can't fix it. Never again, Conair.
