I think this is a great straightening iron. My hair comes out silky, soft, smooth and shiny and at a much cheaper cost than similar styling tools. I always end up with movement and body versus a plain flat iron. I do not recommend using this styler for other styles (like curls, etc.) because you can end up with visible creases in your hair that take forever to straighten back out. I do love that the rotating barrel can spin to the right or to the left ( or can be turned off) depending on which side I am working on or how I am styling my hair. The motor is noisy, but not as loud as a blow dryer. All in all, great product if you are looking for a less expensive alternative to similar styling tools.
