It is very light weight, has a design that isn't too long and easy to use on my long hair that needs dryed daily...but best of all, it dries without leaving my hair frizzy. I have a thick head of very fine, straight hair, which dries with a little frizz (oddly) if it dries on its own and this is the first dryer to alleviate 100% of the frizz - love it! Now purchased another one for a backup because I like it so much! Other hair dryers I've had seemed to burn out fast and was always replacing them. I like the "cool shot", also.
