I purchased the Conair Reflections home vanity last month (Dec. 2012) to bring on a trip. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it, since it would not swivel. When placing it on a table for use as a makeup mirror, it would only swivel to a point where I could view my chest and neck, not my face. When I reviewed my order history on your site, the mirror shown on my order is not the one that was sent to me. The mirror I have has two identifying numbers: 09PM16128 and V08480. I still have the box it came in but I do not have the wrapping it was sent in. I want to return this to you and get a replacement. Please advise how I can accomplish this.

I like 5x magnification, so this mirror works well for me, especially since it's lighted. It's great for applying makeup.

I love this mirror! One of my best purchaes of late. I use it all the time. When I am putting my earrings on. Or my make-up on. Fixing my hair. I love that it lights up. Making every thing more clear. I use it for a lot of things. Some times just the light. I make sure it is really handy that is how much I use it. What a great price too.

It is a short mirror and a small mirror. I have to set it on something for me to look in it. It is hard to tilt but it can be done. The mirror is very small.

I bought this for my wife to replace a Conair mirror that broke. The mirror that we received is different from the picture and is attached only at the stem which limits the tilt to only about 10 degrees in either direction. It also has a long cord that does not detach from the unit like her old one. I would return it but after paying to ship it back and a restocking fee, it really wouldn't be worth the trouble. Maybe we'll give it away or put it in a garage sale.

This is a nice mirror. However, I was very suprised by how warm the edge of mirror gets. After using mirror for a couple minutes and you go to tilt it you realize how warm the edges are.

Other than that the mirror works great. Can't beat the price.

I would not have purchased this model if it would have been more clearly indicated that it was not portable. I have the cord wrapped around the base and hidden in my cabinet instead of displayed on my vanity. It's just not something that should have a cord attached....it looks ridiculous.

I actually use it for my business.i do eyelash extensions and it's great for customers to look after I'm finished with them. It's a great price for the product. It looks like a spent more!

As reviews indicated it is not bright enough.
Had to attach a small mirror with more
magnification to it.
More expensive models probably have
better features.
