I started using this product from Consort and found it satisfactory. However, due to it being temporarily unavailable I switched to Consort's pump version of the same product. What I noticed is that when I used the aerosol version it would blow my (thick short-to-medium length) styled hair out of place and "keep" it there instead of where I intended. When I moved the aerosol can further away from my head, the product would spray less on my hair and more all over including on the counter top and floor. By switching to the pump version, there is no problem with your hair moving from where you combed it into place where you want it to stay and you end up wasting less. The product is good, but I recommend the pump version especially if your hair is light (thin) or short to medium length.

The product has a very very minimal scent to it, barely noticeable once it is dry - which happens quite quickly. If you are concerned about scent, run a hair dryer over your styled hair after applying the product getting it nice an warm. I have found that removes any left over scent from over spraying.

A word about the pump version: If you do not intend to use it everyday, the pump nozzle will clog. If it does, do as the instructions say, run some warm water over the nozzle tip and press the pump a few times to unclog the nozzle. If that does not work remove the pump from the bottle and place the end of the tube in warm water, press the pump several times until water is passing through the nozzle. Remove from the water and pump until all the water is removed. Place the pump back into the bottle and reuse. I use mine every day so I have no issues with clogging at all. I've used this product for several years now.

The only complaint I have is that if you get too close it will be stiff. The farther away the better but then you lose the spray that should have been on your hair to the surrounding areas in your bathroom.

Best hair spray for men but cannot be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska,
hard to find. Dries fast and good for styling. Doesn't hold well on
humid days. Cannot be shipped to Hawaii because it is on a HAZMAT
list due to Flammable content, i.e., alcohol. Also, can make your house
or apartment smell like booze.
