My six-year old granddaughter still drops or spills things. This cup is perfect. She doesn't feel like she's drinking from a baby cup. I bought her one for her house, and her mother loves it. Just ordered two more.

We got two cups, one of them got problem with the "auto seal" just after one day using. The button won't pop back when you release it, which means drink sprout keeps open.

I bought this cup (2 actually) after purchasing some at a retail store for my toddler. To my surprise, this cup was 6oz larger! My son has been using the Contigo Trekker Cups since he was 2 years old. There is no valve to mess with so less pieces to worry about. It is leakproof (1 cup we received through drugstore.com was defective, but a quick email to the drugstore.com and we received a replacement in 2 days - EXCELLENT customer service!!) It takes a bit of strenght to push the button, but as soon as your child realizes, they're on their way out of sippy cups. The cup was probably not made with toddlers in mind as you can't lay down and drink out of it without something spilling, but for daytime use around the house, in the car, out in about - this cup is leakproof and durable. The only downside to this cup is the cleaning of it. We do not have a dishwasher and due to the awesome autoseal technology, there are small areas that are unreachable to clean. With direct soap and hot water, we are able to keep these cups clean and usable for 4-5 months (I've heard you should throw out bottles/sippy cups after 3 or so months so I try to follow that same "rule" with these cups. If you have a dishwasher, you can probably safely extend the life of these cups if you are using them all day for your toddler).

My son is almost 4, I've seen these cups but wasn't sure if he would be able to press the button down to open the top. The first time he used it I had to show him how, but since then it is his favorite cup. It doesn't leak, he can't dump his drink all over himself because he's not paying attention to what he's doing, so it's a win-win. I'll be ordering more because he no longer wants to use any cup but this one!

Searched everywhere for a non-spill cup for our Grandsons (7 and 9) to use when they stay with us. So glad I found these! Marketing them as for "kids up to age 12" and the design of them, makes them more appealing to Gus and Jack than a 'sippy-cup'. They like them and spills will be no more! I bought a 2nd set also for them to take home. These cups are everything you said they would be. Good job!!

I got this water bottle for my daughter who is 5 years old. She likes to have a cup by her bed at night time so the lid idea was perfect. This bottle is very effective with not leaking and sealing efficiently. The only downside to it is the mouth piece is shaped awkwardly and it can drip when she tries to drink. My 5-year old daughter really liked this. It was a bit hard for her to press the release with one hand but using both was no problem. It was brand new so it may become easier with repeated use to loosen it up. This was filled with juice and was dropped several times in the backseat of my car with no spilling. I plan on getting one for my 2 year old son.
