I use it when I'm traveling; solved the problem of unexpected leaks in my gym/craft bag. Slim design fits well in cup holders and slides easily into bag I'm carrying; built-in caribiner clip is handy.

Service and delivery comments:

Arrived in excellent condition. Slower delivery than anticipated, but free shipping & USPS warned us things would take longer these days! DID arrive on the 9th day after ship date.

I bought this last week for my college life. I'm studying at school all day and it's more convenient and cost effective to bring your own drink.

the autoseal feature is great and easy to use.

after using this for a week, the bottle fell out of my bags side pocket at about 2 feet from the floor, hit the floor and sustained a serious crack underneath the threads of the bottle. I attempted to contact Contigo about getting a replacement bottle, as the top is fully intact (and they sell the top alone for $6 on their website). They informed me simply that they do not sell replacement bottles. This seemed like a case where a company might offer a replacement or at least a discount on a new water bottle, but this was not the case. (I don't think I was asking for much, I've had great customer service from other companies when a product prematurely broke)

I'd recommend this product, but only if you plan to use it in an environment with soft floors, as mine cracked from a drop lower than a tabletop.

I love the drinking mechanism. It assures a non-spilling vessal. Love this product. I purchased one for my daughter and she loved it so much, she bought them for her small children in the kids' sizes.

This is a great water bottle that can be relied on to not leak. The hook built into the lid makes it easy to travel with. It is easy to operate even for someone with weakened hands due to arthritis. Unfortunately it is fragile, if dropped on a hard surface it will split.

The lid is very heavy and bulky. I would not use it for work because it is just too awkward. It is better for hiking and walking where you can clip it to your bag.

I love this water bottle and like that it comes in a couple different colors. The top of the water bottle is textured so it's easy to write your name on. The only con to it and it's not really a con is that sometimes when you press on the button to drink, a tiny bit of water spurts up - this only happens once in a while and it's not a big deal for me.
