There was too much stuffing in the center piece so it was hard as a rock. Made a cut in the material in the center piece and took out most of stuffing, so now it's comfortable.

I work on a computer all day at work, and them come home and use my laptop. My neck needs to remember the right way to curve, so I needed a pillow like this. I saw one from a Chiropractor that was $60 or so and cost even more online. Then I found this pillow and had a coupon so it was only [$], I figured it was worth a try for that price - and I love it! The sides are firm enough to hold my head at the perfect height when I'm on my side, and the "hole" in the middle of the pillow holds my head when I'm on my back to support my neck nicely. I'm not sure everyone would love it, since I don't love the pillow my husband likes. But for me, it works great! I've been using it for about a month now.
