Comments about Coppertone Sport High Performance Sunscreen, Clear Continuous Spray, SPF 100, 6 oz: I love this product and recommend it highly to anyone with normal skin sensitivity! I didn't have any of the issues described by other reviewers of this product. Perhaps they applied it over makeup or it is not compatible with their body chemistry. Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Coppertone Sport High Performance Sunscreen, Clear Continuous Spray, SPF 100, 6 oz: Hey fellow sunscreen users **NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT EVER**: "Coppertone Sport High Performance Sunscreen, Clear Continuous Spray, SPF 100" It was the worst experience I've ever had with sunscreen, I actually am still chiseling it off my skin since it went on with a visible thick glue-like coat. It's virtually soap proof, oil proof, shower proof, scrub proof...my skins raw from scraping it off. At the beach it was actually like liquid latex looking my skin got tight and peeled off like theater makeup. It melted my nail polish off somehow, and around my hairline it seemed to also melt (?) my hair?? its breaking off. So...no sunburn, but WHATTHE.[*]?! I have used other brands with spf 100 before and no problems, but this is...not good at all, i think id rather be burnt at this point. definitely writing to the company. BE WARNED! Pros

Comments about Coppertone Sport High Performance Sunscreen, Clear Continuous Spray, SPF 100, 6 oz: I have no idea what one reviewer is talking about it being sticky! I lived in FL for years and am pretty fair skinned and am an avid swimmer and never once burned using this. It doesn't run when sweating and dries instantly and is smooth. I love love love it! Pros

Best Uses Comments about Coppertone Sport High Performance Sunscreen, Clear Continuous Spray, SPF 100, 6 oz: This is the worst sunscreen that I've ever used. I bought it because I have always been happy with Coppertone's high SPF sports lotion, and I thought that the spray version might be easier to apply. The first time I used it, I found it a little itchy/irritating and very sticky and hard to remove: it made my skin stick to my clothes and anything else it touched, and even after showering and scrubbing with soap and a loofah, there was still some sticky residue. So I thought that perhaps I'd used too much and decided to give it another try. The second time I used far less, but I had the same problem with the irritation and stickiness. I also noticed both times that after I sprayed it on my feet it made my toenail polish strangely gummy (I guess this was a chemical reaction?). I ended up throwing this spray out after the second try, and in the future I'll stick (no pun intended) with the regular rub-on lotion. Displaying reviews 1-4 ![]() |
