Good old Coppertone. I open the cap and the scent easily evokes SoCal beach days during the 1960's. I think that's one of the things I like best about Coppertone #4: the scent is so evocative of Summertime no matter what time of year. It's best for tanning so if you need protection from old Sol, get a higher SPF. One thing though: for me, I prefer the old-style bottle but I'll put up with this new-fangled style just to get at what's inside: Summer in a bottle.

I LOVE Coppertone 4!!! Have used it most of my life. I use it for "daily moisturizing" and for sunscreen. During the long, cold winter months when it's a moisturizer - the well known Coppertone fragrance takes you back to the beach!! And in the summer, I find it protects me well in the sun. It's light, effective and will always be my sunscreen of choice! Love it, love it, love it!

I love this lotion . Coppertone has been around since I was young (a long time ago) and I just love the scent, which takes me to the beach as soon as I put it on. It goes on very smoothly and sinks right in , no lotion left on top of the skin (which happens with other lotions I've tried). This is my favorite suntan lotion by far since no others are doing the SPF 4 which is perfect for later in the day tanning by the pool. The only thing notice is that the scent isn't as strong as a few years ago... That is my ONLY complaint !!!

I have been using this Classic Coppertone since the early 1960's
I'm really glad that I was able to find it....it is light not like alot of present day Suntan lotions which feel like you are putting toothpaste on your body....I just re-apply every couple of hours.

I HVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. I WAS A LIFEGUARD ON THE WILDWOOD CREST NEW JERSEY BEACH PATROL AND USED COPPERTONE THEN. I LOVE THE SCENT , IT TAKES ME BACK TO THOSE BEACH DAYS. NOW I USE IT AFTER SHAVING AND SHOWERING. THANKS COPPERTONE.
