We have 3 girls and worked on 2 out of 3. The fairest did not burn but got way too much color for spf50. throwing out unused bottles and buying something else.

This sunscreen worked well and lasted most of the day. My main complaint is the strong scent that made my eyes water when I applied it to my face. It's a little greasy, but I have yet to find any greaseless sunscreen. Good value for a high SPF.

This Coppertone SPF 45 has all the familiar smells of the Coppertone line and works as expected from a Coppertone product. The lotion applies smoothly, isn't too greasy, and has the added boost of aloe and vitamin E to keep your skin soft. Only two drawbacks: you must apply it 15 minutes prior to going in the sun, and also, you're supposed to reapply it after swimming, although the front of bottle claims that it's waterproof. It would be nice if there were details for how long it's waterproof.

As far as sunblocking ability, it's winter here so I can't say it kept me from getting burned. At SPF 45 I would think it would. The first thing I loved was the "Coppertone smell". The second thing is that it's a nice lotion, not greasy at all. I used it on my face and it absorbed nicely and wasn't heavy or greasy. I'll definitely buy more!

I can't tell how this product protected my skin, because we had little sun, but I'd say that I'd recommend this product if you're active and want protection from the sun. I've used Coppertone products before and they're reliable. The all day protection, SPF 45 and the moisturizing vitamin E make this a great product. It applies smoothly, without too much greasy feeling and minimum smell.

This product was great. It went on smoothly and the white lotion disappeared in just a matter of minutes. I live in the Pacific Northwest, but I got the sunscreen in time for a very sunny weekend. The Coppertone Sunscreen seemed to last a long time, although I didn't stay out the whole day to test it. I'd recommend anyone looking for sunscreen with a good SPF level and long-lastingness to get the Coppertone All Day Sunblock Lotion.

I had a chance to give the Coppertone All Day Sunblock Lotion, SPF 45 a good Test Drive. My son went on a scout campout in the snow and needed protection from the sunburn one can get from light reflecting off snow. He used it on his face and came back with no burn at all; in fact his skin was smooth and soft too. I couldn't even tell he'd been out in the elements for two days. I was also pleased that it didn't cause his skin to break out, because he's at the age where some products do that. We'll definitely continue to use this product by our pool this summer.

I liked this product for many reasons. It didn't feel greasy like a lot of the other sunblocks. The smell was nice and not the same as the usual suntan lotion smell. It did its job, as my face usually gets sun or wind-burned from my job and it didn't this week. I'd definitely buy this product again and would also recommend it to my friends.

The product seemed to work well. The scent was fine. I like to use sunblock most of the time, so I like one that's long lasting. This is a good product that I'd recommend to someone who is looking for an all-day sunblock.
