Indications
Helps prevent sunburn. Higher SPF gives more sunburn protection. Retains SPF after 80 minutes of activity in the water or sweating.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse with water to remove. If skin irritation or rash develops, discontinue use. For children under 6 months of age consult a doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. For external use only. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

I went to Hawaii in '88, so the higher SPF's were only starting to come on the market. People that used other 15-30 products got sunburned. I'm very fair and only got sunburned where I missed with the lotion (you could see the finger marks). I did try 4, because I wasn't tanning, but started getting red, so I had to switch back.
Apply liberally to all exposed areas prior to sun exposure and reapply after prolonged swimming, excessive perspiration, vigorous activity or toweling.
