I was looking for an oil-free hand lotion so I can use it overnight and not worry about smearing oil on my acne-prone face. It is fine in that regard. It's just not a great moisturizer, though. It does absorb very quickly. and your hands will feel very soft instantly, but it doesn't last. My skin is dry again in no time. I'm still keeping it around for daytime use, when I need to moisturize but I also need to use my hands and can't have them slippery. After spending several hours working with 70% ethanol, my hands were incredibly dry and rough. I picked up this product in my desperation, and it worked amazingly well! Incredible value for the price, dries quickly, and leaves your hands soft and smooth (even when they've been dried out in lab-grade ethanol.) I can't recommend this enough. Pros
