Whereas it is nice to have an alternative for those like myself who have trouble swallowing pills, I do not think this is the best alternative for me. not really a true "gummy', this format is still soft and chewable, and go down without a lot of chewing or trouble. The flavors are okay, but the lemon was a bit strong to me. However, I am only an occasional sweet eater, and the gummy is coated with some sort of sweet but sour granuals. This coating, which I liken to sour candy, leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I would prefer it if the manufacturer left this coating off. This gummy will disappoint the occasional sweet eater, but is fine for those looking for a "sweet & sour" treat.

I have trouble swallowing the huge fish oil capsules, and I tried about 10 different brands before finding Coromega. These are far the best-tasting of all of them, including those for kids, and have no fishy aftertaste. My family and friends think they're candy, and they've helped a lot of friends who have trouble swallowing pills take enough high-quality fish oil for an adult.

I was really hoping these would be OK. I didn't expect them to be good, but at least decent enough the kids would take them. I tried one first so the kids couldn't complain. It was SO gross! I had to spit it out! I did have my kids try them and they wouldn't finish them. My youngest dropped his on the floor and the dog wouldn't even eat it. The dog is a pug, he'll eat anything; but not these.

I wish they were good, but yuck! Definitely returning.

Ok, so I've tired EVERY omega supplement....and I have trouble with the fishy taste, fishy smell, and fishy burps. ew. These are the only ones I've tried that actually taste great and I have none of the ew factors. I keep mine in the freezer (which I recommend if you have trouble with the fishlyness like me). The flavors are great. I deff recommend!

Who thought taking omega-3 would be so delicious! I recommend this product especially if you cannot swallow or stand the fishy taste of pills. The gummies are truly a treat and is not like pulling hair to take. The only con about this product is that it does not meet the required recommended milligrams per day.
