I don't like fish products, but this one is easy to take. No fishy taste or after taste. Tastes like a dreamsicle. This size package is economical and not easy to find on other sites.

This is a great product. It is convenient, tastes great and does not have the after-consumption effects that often accompany fish oil pills. Great way to get your Omega oils and has been very effective in getting cholesterol numbers within healthy limits.
