I take it 3 times a day, and after only a couple of days, I experienced great relief from both anxiety and depression. I cannot swallow those giant softgels of fish oil so this product is perfect for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This product was recommended by my neurologist when I complained about "pill fatigue" (aversion to swallowing so many big capsules) and the dreaded "cod liver oil aftertaste" of fish oil.
It is so easy to take, has no aftertaste, and I like all the flavors so I don't bother to mix it with food. Definitely five stars for this one1

My 7 year old liked it but he loves the original orange flavor more, still this one is pretty good and personally I think that the hint of chocolate added to it's taste.

Adults and children over 4: take one packet daily with or without food, or as directed by your health professional. Tear or cut along perforation, and squeeze directly into mouth or onto a spoon. Coromega® may be added to cold food, such as yogurt. mixed with a beverage (electric blending required). While Coromega does not require refrigeration, some people prefer to take it cold.
