Use AM and PM. Shake well to activate this two phase cleanser and toner in one. Pump small amount into the palm of clean, dampened hand.  Gently massage foam onto dry facial skin.  Pay particular attention to problem areas such as the T-zone.  Rinse well with warm water.  Can be used to remove makeup including waterproof mascara.  Won't sting eyes.
