I take one of these every day. I used to take a 5mg gel cap but found it to cause acne. This is perfect dosage. My hair's texture has gotten thicker and a little less easy to manage (I'm Puerto Rican with naturally curly/lightly kinky hair). I have to start using a hotter setting to make it straight. And it's growing! Which never happened before. The effect of taking this supplement kicks in after about 2 weeks (very quickly). If you're taking Rogaine, I would definitely use this supplement to accelerate growth, otherwise you'll be waiting forever. My husband takes it too and he likes the effects as well.
