I take this product at least everyday after a meal and it doesn't taste bad it has a mango flavor to it. Don't get me wrong it still taste like vitamins but it's not terrible. I would recommend it for people who don't like swallowing pills like me to use this because its simple to take and gives you the nutrients you need to stay healthy.
