I had regular muscle cramps at night. this product was recommended to me. After taking it 2 nights before bed, the cramps stopped. It's easy to take, not bad tasting, and is being very helpful to me.

Experiencing loose uncontrolable stools after each dosage. I plan to cut intake to 1/2 capful and see if that corrects problem. No more leg or muscle cramps. Yes, this was a gift. Not ready to recommend to anyone.

We found this product while looking for a way to get my son some Calcium into his diet. My son is allergic to milk. When I asked his doctors about this product, they told me they felt this is a good complete calcium supplement that is a easy for the body to absorb and will not cause constipation. So as a Mom who doesn't drink enough milk - I'm taking it as well. One hint: Split up the dosage to twice a day - your body can only absorb so much at a time and it will be easier on your kidneys.
