I take two daily for the past 5 months. The Maxi-Hair has made my hair softer, more manageable, and it has grown 4 inches since I started. I've never seen my hair looking better. But I have also stopped using harsh chemicals and sulfate shampoos. I don't use heat on my hair anymore either so I think all of those things have helped.

The Maxi-Hair has also helped my husbands hair too. It took some convincing to get him to try it but he's been taking it now for 3 months and his thinning has improved A LOT! He also had a bald spot on the top and it is completely filled in.

I only wish they would make a smaller pill in a soft gel form so it would be easier to take. It would also be better if it was one a day instead of two. Another con is that it makes hair grow ALL over... not just your head :) ... My husband and I both notice it. But it is manageable so the pros definitely outweigh that con.

Before this I tried hairfinity for 6 months. It helped a bit and was easier to take, but not as effective. It was also a bit more expensive than I prefer and made my nails brittle.

I have been using this product for a couple of years now and feel it has improved the texture and volume of my hair, strengthened my nails and helped the appearance of my skin.
