Due to a medication side-effect I developed an egg sized bald spot at the crown of my head. Have had enough hair for 2 people all my life, and this rocked my world! The MS I could handle, losing my hair-not so much...! I started taking these after doing some Google-ing around for info. They are a fine daily multi-vitamin, and also my nails have never looked better or been stronger. The hair is now about 3" long, it's taken about 5 months but I'm on my way! Great stuff.
