I tried using this to fill in my brows but because it is black, it makes my brows look too harsh. I strictly use it as an eyeliner.

This isn't extremely pigmented or creamy but I still really like it for tightlining and lining the waterline. It applies smoothly and darkens and defines the eye without making it look too harsh or dramatic. It is great for an everyday, more natural look. It also doesn't smudge or run, which is great.

If you are looking for a really dark, creamy eyeliner to line above the lashline, I wouldn't recommend this product but this is great for you if you want to find something that doesn't smudge/run on the waterline or when tightlining.

I bought this eyeliner because of the price and the 2 positive reviews.
However, it does not work at all! When I draw with it under my eye, nothing shows up.
Going to have to toss.

I have used this eyeliner for the past 6 years and have never even thought about buying another kind. Recently though, I decided to try a different, much more expensive brand. The only thing the more expensive one has over this one is that it doesn't 'drag' across your eye lid when you are applying it. This sometimes does that and leaves you with unfilled marks that you have to go over and fill in a few times. Overall, for the price, it can't be beat. Good quality.
