I also like to use either CoverGirl or Revlon ColorStay lip color, the kind that stains your lips for a whole day. This removes that as well. The only drawback to this stuff is that it's oily, which is why it works, so if you use it, you need to wash your face afterward. Sure, there are more gentle, non-oily mascara removers, but those don't remove this mascara without a lot of pulling. This is my "go to" product. When I first starting using this one, I noticed my eyes would bother me 5 minutes after I removed my makeup. This remover is very greasy compared to my last and not as sensitive to my eyes. I am going back to my other makeup remover. Rimmel does a great job of allowing you to get close to your eye, to get all the makeup out, without any irritation. It is becoming increasingly more difficult to locate - so glad drugstore.com has it online. I put this on and then a little baby-oil and it will readily remove waterproof mascara (which can sometimes be a bear to get off). Great stuff. This seemed to be the only makeup remover I could find that stated it could be used for lipstick as well. It does the job- removes the lipstain but the feel of it just isn't as silky as the Revlon remover was and it has kind of a wierd taste. I haven't tried it for removing eye makeup but I suspect it would do a fine job of that as well. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful?
