Comments about CoverGirl Clean Liquid Makeup, Soft Honey 155, 1 fl oz: I think everybody who wears makeup tries this foundation at some point. Many, like me, keep coming back to it over, and over, and over again. It has a beautiful finish, and it looks natural and fresh. It's never cakey, and it doesn't oxidize. I've been using the same color, Soft Honey, for years, (NC35/warm/yellow-olive) and it's still one of the best foundation matches for me from any of the hundreds I've tried. I find that this evens-out my skin tone and really covers discoloration, yet it doesn't have that "makeup" finish. It gives my skin a brighter look without any glitter or glimmer or shimmer. It sets, and it stays put! I like the oily skin formula as well, but original "Clean" still looks flawless, and I love the scent of it. Apparently it's hard to formulate good foundations, because so many come and go, but this tried and true formula can't be beat!

Comments about CoverGirl Clean Liquid Makeup, Soft Honey 155, 1 fl oz: I use this product for everyday wear and for work. It does last most of the day and it has pretty good coverage but it does feel a bit heavy to me. Also I'm not a huge fan of the packaging, it would be better with a pump. Aside from that this is definitely worth buying! Make sure you buy the one that's right for your skin type, oily skin, sensitive skin etc.

Comments about CoverGirl Clean Liquid Makeup, Soft Honey 155, 1 fl oz: I bought my first bottle of Cover Girl Clean Makeup in 1982. I can't remember the name of the shade, but I think it was called "Soft Honey" back then, as it is now. I'm in my early 40's - soon to be mid- and I'm willing to spend as much as I can afford to keep my skin looking good. Foundation is a vital part of a put-together look for me, because my pores are bigger than I want them to be, I have melasma, and my skin can get sallow. I have tried so many brands and formulations of foundations over the years, I wouldn't even want to try to count them, let alone estimate how much money I dumped into finding flattering shades. There's something about the formulation of the good old "Clean" makeup, that works perfectly with my face. It's such a lightweight makeup, yet it covers what I want it to cover. It doesn't get greasy, or slip, and it stays in place better than all but the extremely "matte" foundations I've used. The Soft Honey color is a perfect match for my skin, which certainly adds to why this foundation works so well for me. It's always been hard for me to find foundation matches in other brands, so I thought of Cover Girl Clean as my "back-up". Then I realized that my "quest" was about my trying to find a foundation that's similar to, or very much like Cover Girl Clean. I had myself convinced I was too old for it, or its formulation may be too simple and lack skin care benefits. I use plenty of skin care, and age shouldn't prohibit me from thinking I look good to myself. The closest makeup I'd come to Cover Girl, was Make Up For Ever Face and Body Makeup, which costs, literally, 3x the price of CGClean. And the worst part was I had to mix two different colors to attempt to match my face, and it didn't always work. Why, you ask, would I do such a dumb thing? I have no idea. Clean Make Up is great - and I recommend it to anyone who is sick of paying too much for nothing. This is a great foundation!
