While I'm traditionally a woman who has stayed away from blue eyeshadow, liner or mascara entirely (I'm not into a look that's dated), I was nonetheless getting tired of my white, grey, pale pink & plum-colored eyeshadows, grey liner & black mascara. I have cool-toned, extremely fair skin, am a natural blonde & have blue eyes w/ a cobalt blue rim & little gold flecks in them. I wanted something to accent my looks without overwhelming them. This is a good, neutral liner- it's not like it's a bright, shiny, glittery blue that would only work on a 21-year-old. This is still sophisticated. I work in an office & feel that this still is muted enough to wear in there, even when used w/ the eyeshadow & mascara in the same blue eye line.

This is a beautiful color blue eye pencil. I have fair skin with freckles, blue-gray eyes and going gray so I find that black pencils are too harsh for me and browns are too blah. This is a keeper and could easily become my new favorite!

I like this product, it is soft and easy to smudge in a positive way. The applicator is wonderful no more scratchy sharp pencil on the eyes - i sooo hate that! I have used this product for months and it works really great for me.

More blue than teal, but very beautifull color. Smudges quite a lot tough at the lower lid.
