Always satisfied with Cover Girl products. Can't really beat the price for the quality. However, I was hoping this white was a little less sparkly.

I bought "Snow Blossom" to use as a highlight with my other eyeshadows. I'm usually not a big fan of Cover Girl eyeshadows because they aren't very pigmented at all and sometimes too powdery. This works well for highlighting under the brow and using as the top most shade over lots of different colors. It's not completely matte white, it has little tiny white glitter (think snow) in it. I like it for blending out a smokey eye if you're using a lot of black eyeshadow or dark colors. Try using it wet with a sponge eyeshadow applicator. I'd buy it again for the price.

I TRYED THIS EYESHADOW ON MY EYES AND IT WAS PERFECT, IT HAS A WHITE SHIMMER COLOR TO IT. AND THE COLOR IS VERY BRIGHT AND VIBRANT NOT DULL AT ALL. I LOVE IT AND I WILL BE GETTING THIS COLOR AGAIN. THANK'S COVERGIRL!!!
