Thought I'd give it a try due to the reviews. So Glad I did. Goes on easy with no clumps, lengthens my lashes. Doesn't smudge, which is a great thing since I wear contacts and get dirt in my eyes sometime. Already have purchased more since it was on sale.

My overly-sensitive eyes tend to water or burn from most mascaras. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this mascara works great with very little, if any, irritation.

I use it every day. One coat for daytime, two for evening. Really separates lashes.

I only wear mascara and lip products. I have been through many different makes and models of mascaras. There is NO perfect mascara, however this has been the closest I have come to. It does tend to clump in the beginning, but then after a few uses tames down to nice even lengthy lashes. It also seems to dry out after about 1.5 months where I have had to take longer applying to get the same effect as before. This is also when I noticed it to start flaking a bit. So there is validity to some of the reviews when it comes to the clumping and flaking, however for about 1.5 months it is close to perfect. Everyone that I have recommended it to likes it.

This was my first Covergirl product that I had ever used, and I bought when I saw the ad in a magazine. I bought this in washable black, because I do not like waterproof mascaras. I use four steps when making up my eyes: comb, curl, step 1 mascara , step 2 mascara. After I combed my lashes and curled them, I used this as my seperating and defineing mascara. I liked it, but I would not by it again. After a few hours, it started to run and smudge. I think I will try the Covergirl Lash Blast mascara next time!

No clumps, not sticky, lengthens, doesn't smudge etc etc etc. I've tried others but keep returning to this great product.

Good basic mascara - nothing fancy, but it doesn't smear and doesn't clump, which makes it a great buy in my book. Good price too!

I'm always searching for a mascara that will do wonders for my light colored eyelashes. Guess I'll be going back to Mabelline's Great Lash which seems to be the best to date. This mascara was slightly clumpy and really flakes. I wouldn't recommend it.

The mascara does produce volume, but at what expense. It FLAKES! By the end of the day I have flakes under my eyes and some in the eye. Had to throw it away.
