This is a great mascara for a natural look. I have very fine lashes that are also fairly light in color (even though I'm a brunette). I use LashBlast Length in Very Black so that you can actually see my eyelashes. If you want a dramatic look, this isn't your mascara. If you want nice, natural, separated, long lashes, this is your mascara. You can apply two coats for more dramatic look. With 2 coats, I still find this separates each lash well. This formula doesn't clump and washes off easily. I couldn't be happier for the price. Great product.

I wont use any other mascara now, no other brush compares to this one! You can layer on as much as you want. The best results are when you wiggle the brush from root to tip.

This is one of the best mascaras I have ever used and I have tried them in all price ranges. Most either smudge or flake by the end of the day. I tried lots of waterproof formulas to remedy this but then had a heck of a time getting it off at night. This goes on really even, no clumps at all. It really lengthens but looks so natural that you it doesn't seem like I am wearing mascara-just that I have nice long lashes. Who doesn't want that?! Also, a lot of brands irritate my eyes but I am on my second tube with no problems.

This is a great product, although it all depends on how you look at it. I have used the volumizing version before this and the first time I tried the lengthen version, I was unhappy. Although, I've been able to find some really great ways to use it.

Pros: Great for a natural look, does lengthen although not dramatic, no clumps, easy to apply and remove. What I really like about it though is that I use a coat or two after the volumizing version and it really lengthens those lashes out to give you the false eyelash look!!

Cons: Not enough "oompf" for nighttime wear if you like to focus on your eyes, the brush sometimes pulls lashes better in some angles vs. others??, lashes seem to fall during the day after being curled.

Summary: I love this for dual purpose of having a nice mascara for the day double as an extra pick-me-up for the volumizing version for nighttime. I think between the two though, that the volumizing is the better deal and does the trick of length & volume with a more dramatic look.

This lengthens slightly. It takes several applications to give color and length. It does do a good job of separating. If I have to put on more than two coats of mascara, it isn't doing its job in my book. Who has the time for that?

GREAT mascara. I was a fan of the Cover Girl in the purple tube, also with the plastic brush. This mascara is even better, and makes my stubby lashes look SO long.

You need at least three coats to even see your eyelashes. Does not lengthen lashes. I have not tried more than three coats. Maybe with four or five the lengthening begins??

It creates a bit of clumps, but the overall performance is great!

I'm Chinese, so naturally I have short, short lashes. This mascara made my lashes nice and long. It also separates the lashes because the brush has many long and skinny bristles. Since it just a lengthening mascara, of course it adds no volume. So no one should be leaving reviews on the lack of volume with this mascara. Please have some common sense people.
