Unfortunately, though this product was highly recommended, it doesn't really work that well. I want my mascara to look natural, I don't want to put on mascara and feel like I just wasted my time because it doesn't look any different. I specifically chose this product because it said waterproof, which is a lie. The packaging actually says "water resistant." But I would guess that it is water resistant up until it actually comes into contact with water, at which point it becomes a dark stain running down your face. It ran down my face farther than the two tiny tears that caused the problem. This product would be fine if you want your lashes to be darker at the tips (where all lash color fades) and want to make it look like you aren't wearing any mascara. But don't get too close to water, as I suspect even a suggestion of water will cause it to run and ruin the pretense that you are not wearing make up.

It's available in something besides raccoon black and super raccoon black (I'm blonde). That's a plus.

It doesn't add a lot of volume, and gradually disappears as the day progresses.
