It's the only eyeliner I've used that glides on easily, looks great, and doesn't leave me with raccoon eyes by the end of the day. But you do have to sharpen frequently, which means the pencil doesn't last very long. And because this is one of the most expensive eyeliners out there, this makes it a pretty hefty price tag. My only problem was in not realizing that you need the Cover Girl 3 in 1 sharpener to sharpen it, which was not included. Since the pencil is very soft, you'll need to sharpen it every few days, depending on your manner of usage. Also, since it is so soft, put it in your freezer for a bit to harden it and make it easier to sharpen. Works like a charm! Got that tip from the Cover Girl website. You do need a makeup remover cause soap and water won't touch it as I find out the hard way. This didn't irritate my eyes like some eyeliners do.
