Yes it is a bright color but it really brings out the blue or green in my eyes. My eyes are hazel so depending on what color clothing I wear my eyes will either look green or blue. My eyes are deep set so this liner is great for me. I don't try to change the color by layering with a darker liner. I like it just the way it is!

This is a very easy to apply eyeliner. The only problem is sharpening the pencil. After a few tries I did manage to sharpen it but wasn't easy. It is worth the trouble because the liner is soft and glides on easily. The colors are great also.

I got this eyeliner because it was recommended in a couple of magazine articles. Am I glad I took the chance. I have never used a green eyeliner before and was nervous about how it would look with my light-to-medium skin and medium brown eyes. It looks fabulous. I plan never to be without this liner in my make-up kit. I have worn it with neutral shadow and I have worn it alone with mascara, wither black or brown-black. I think it is very versatile, although I have not mastered smudging, yet ( there is a smudger on one end of the stick). If you think this mascara won't work for you, take the risk; you might be surprised.

This is awesome for any kind of look. It goes on smooth and stays for a really long time. To put it on your water line you need to be more vigorous than with some other eyeliners, but when it's on, it looks amazing. I like to wear this with just about any look. I tend to wear my eyeliners with an ancient egyptian flare to them and this one is perfectly shiny in green. I'm going to buy an extra green and try the blue this time.

THE LINER WENT ON SMOOTHLY, WAS LONG LASTING.
I WAS HOPING FOR MORE OF A TRUE GREEN. THIS HAS A YELLOW TONE TO IT. WORKS WELL BLENDING WITH A DARK LINER.
