Comments about CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balm, Sandstone 265, .07 oz: I liked the idea of a lip gloss with sunscreen so I wouldn't have to use two products or go with my lips unprotected... but this acts really more like a regular lipstick than a gloss. The color I got was a little too bright, and the glittery part stays on the lips longer than the actual color. Overall, it works okay but looks a little fancier than I would prefer. Comments about CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balm, Sandstone 265, .07 oz: I spend a lot of time outside so wanted something with SPF that had a little color as well. I am Italian but fair skinned so I ordered this in Sandstone. I am very disappointed with this 'gloss'. It's actually a lipstick, which is fine if it was called a lipstick. Because like lipstick, it creases in your lips, that's why I wanted a gloss. The color is less sandstone and more coral, it looks very orangey on me. The worst part is it contains glitter, and after 25 minutes when the color has worn off you're left with random pieces of glitter on your lips. If you're young and hip, maybe that's fine, but when you're a 32 year old at work and it looks like you've played in your daughters make-up - not so fun... Comments about CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balm, Sandstone 265, .07 oz: I am a BzzAgent and was selected to receive a complimentary sample of the new COVERGIRL Natureluxe gloss balm. This product is great: so lightweight, you won't even know you are wearing it...offers great coverage without feeling thick and heavy. It goes on and stays on without drying out your lips...LOVE IT! Comments about CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balm, Sandstone 265, .07 oz: I discovered this online and I was previously used to either chapstick true shimmer or MAC lipglass (but comparing it to something so fantastic is just unfair & cruel), so when I couldn't find my chapstick true shimmer in stores anymore, I just started using regular moisturizing lip balm, then today I just discovered that covergirl had come out w/ this stuff & I decided to try it in the sandstone shade since it got good reviews & was a shade reccommended for me based on my skintone but I really hate that shade.. it does go on a lot lighter than it looks and thank god for that because it's still way too bright for me & just looks freaky.. I should've went w/ my instincts & tried either clay or thistle.. I would not buy it again, based solely on this color but I think I'll try it in one of those colors to give it another shot cause a lot of other factors about it made it decent to use.. also, I didn't see the color before I bought it because I had someone buy it for me on their way home, which is my fault but it also had an odd smell & taste to it, yet had an okay smell & taste mixed in w/ it.. weird but it also, probably cause of the shimmer pieces went on slightly rough but it didn't hurt so that's not really a big issue but I didn't like the fact that the more you put on, the brighter & darker the shade gets but to get good moisture out of it, you have to use a decent amount.. it somewhat reminds me of CG lipslicks, yet smaller & more expensive.. I'll probably use this up cause it was nice & shiny & had a nice shimmer to it.. it's just, for me, that color was the only bad thing Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balm, Sandstone 265, .07 oz: nice moisture, lasts well. Colors tend to be a little more "peachy" than they show on the bigger samples. Didn't notice any offensive order or taste. Nice sparkle without glitter. Good for daytime and if you are looking for a more "natural" lip color. SPF is always a plus Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful?
