1. Apply color to clean lips.
2. Don't press lips together.  Let dry for 60 seconds.
3. Apply moisturizing topcoat for shine and comfort.  During the day use it like a lip balm to refresh your look and feel.

To remove Outlast, use CoverGirl Clean Make-up remover for eyes and lips, baby oil or petroleum jelly.
