I could never find the topcoat separately at my local drugstore so I called Covergirl and asked them about it. They could describe it but didn't sell it and told me to order it at drugstore.com. I did--it arrived promptly and I am pleased with my bargain! I have, however, noticed that my upper lip gets dry when using these products, which makes me wonder if the Outlast lip color has a drying effect, or if the topcoat dries my lips out. I keep a spare in my purse at all times to re-apply after meals. Pros

It has a lot of uses! But I wish it would last longer,..and I wish they made a version that when applied would hold lipstick longer. Pros

Always makes my lips feel good and look good. Does take frequent reapplication but I don't care. I'm over 60 and think the very shiny glosses look absurd at my age so this low gloss is perfect. Give it a try. Pros
