I do like these nail polishes and own a few different colors, but was really looking for a sparkly, Barney purple that the example is. This is not it. It's a dull, maybe a little iridescent (not much), eggplant really. I do add an additional layer of top coat and it last a good three to four days for me on my fingertips. Another note, the bottle top is square so it doesn't fit easily in your hand that great.

This is a really pretty shade of purple that can easily be dressed up or dressed down. Plus, I found that it was longer lasting than other professional brands I've tried. The only downside with wearing a dark color is when it does start to chip, it's really noticeable.
