Don't be to rough with it!! Other than that it real glamorous and has this great shimmer that shines all day long!! Super compact for on-the-go ex. plane, backpack, work, last minute eye shadow look!! I ...Read complete review I usually stick to premium makeup brands because I feel they're worth the price and they are of good quality. I was tempted to try this CoverGirl product because of its good reviews. I should have stuck with my Dior and Nars, because this product was a total waste of money. I bought the Onyx Smoke and Bronze Fire colors. The Bronze Fire is beautiful and application of the base color was very easy. The liner was not easy at all, because the stick was designed like a blunt instrument where a fine pencil was needed. When I opened the base color of the Onyx Smoke, it ripped the stick out of the base. The exact same thing happened when I opened the liner. I still attempted to apply the color using my fingers (what a mess!) and the base color was great, but again, the liner was not. The color also faded for both the Bronze Fire and Onyx Smoke within two hours, which surprised me because I've never had color fade so fast. I think perhaps it's because the pigment packed into lipstick form, and it actually contains quite a bit of wax. It slides on easily, and it slides off just as easily. I'm really disappointed and based on this experience, I will never buy any of CoverGirl's substandard products again. Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: I love this eyeshadow! I never could get the "smoky eye" look before, but this made it so easy. I really don't know how to apply makeup professionally, but I got the look I was going for. I tried the Onyx Smoke and the Silver Sky colors. I had a really hard time finding this in stock in the stores, and am so happy that I could easily order it from drugstore.com! The only problem that I had was that the tip of the makeup broke off easily. Pros

Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: The Onyx Smoke is perfect if you're going for dramatic makeup look for a night out. I recieved the product as a sample and have used it quite a few times so far. I don't feel comfortable wearing these shades to work, but it's easy to apply for a smokey eye before happy hour. My only issue is that my eyelids tend to get a littly oily throught the day and this product ends up settling in the creases. Using a primer can help with that. Pros

Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: I was hopeful that this would be a great product. Drew Barrymore looks stunning in the ads, but when I tried this product I was disappointed. Perhaps I did not select the right shade, but I found the color to be way too light, not smokey enough. All it succeeded in doing was to make my eyes looked washed out and blah. And it feels rather heavy on the eye and creases badly. Still, I may try another shade to see if that makes a difference. I'll keep you posted. Pros

Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: I received a sample of this eye duo as a bzzagent campaign. I've been using it, but mostly for the wider shadow side, as a general sweep of color/shimmer. The times I've used the narrow darker tip, it creased and smudged to the point where the desired shadow-effect was lost. I like the concept, but something is lost in the execution. Pros

Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: I received this product free from BzzAgent to try it, and loved the concept. I've never felt like I did a great job on my eye makeup and generally just picked one color for ease. Pros

Comments about CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick, Onyx Smoke 800, 1 ea: I actually received this product as a sample [@] and I really liked it. It was so easy to apply and looked really smooth on. It doesn't last all day though and does smudge after an hour or two so I wouldn't wear this going out but overall the colors are a nice mix and I love how easy it is to use. Pros
